The Practice

The practice of DoxaSoma incorporates elements of stretching, strength-building and fluid movement in an atmosphere of prayer, supported by directed breathing and mindful contemplation. While is it similar in movement to a traditional yoga or power yoga class, DoxaSoma approaches mind/body agreement from within a Christian narrative. 

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?
