Balance and beauty: Standing Archer

Looking for a new challenge? Try moving into Standing Archer position. 

 

Remember :

  • Keep your standing leg soft but steady. Never lock your knees!

  • Find your visual "focus" in the room about eye level, something static and unmoving upon which to keep your gaze.

  • When you get the physical form down, breathe and shift from HOW you do the movement to WHY you do it. 

  • Breathe the verse from Psalms!
