The Daily Practice

Strength is built over time, with practice and focus. This daily practice takes commitment and consistency. Commitment and consistency require support and grace.

 

Take 5-10 minutes today and then tomorrow and then the following day and the day after that.... Take it one day at a time and build your strength, your flexibility, your faith.

 

Your assignment as you begin is to find that time. Make that time. Choose it wisely planning in advance or grab it as it comes. Decide what works best for you and your life and your schedule and your need.

 

Take 5-10 minutes today and just breathe and wait and pray. 

Every time you are distracted and ready to leap up- to fix something, to write something, to clean something, to do something- stop and breathe again. You can afford this 5-10 minutes of focus and prayer. 

 

This is how you begin.
