The positions in DoxaSoma were developed with physical safety, strength-building and flexibility capabilities in mind. The names and verses of each were chosen for symbolic importance in the spiritual life of the participant. The practice is meant to be accessible for anyone who is interested in pursuing a life of health and fitness. Positions can be modified to increase intensity or to accommodate physical limitations.
